PROJECT TOWER

KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are engaged to facilitate a sale of the shares of two spv’s in the land development sector.

KRE Corporate Recovery Limited are expected to be appointed as Joint Administrators shortly and will facilitate the sale via a pre-pack Administration.

BACKGROUND

An opportunity exists to acquire the shares of these two UK based land development operations

OVERVIEW

● Development is already underway
● Based in the South of England
● Site size combined is 71 partially completed units.
● Planning permission granted for 127 residential dwellings
● Exceptional offering of opportunity to acquire pre-purposed operation
● Significant debt exists to charge holders who will require full repayment of circa £27m to sanction transaction.
● Combined GDV once completed c£20m.
● S106 contains requirement to provide market discounted or social housing.
● Transaction is by way of a share purchase as opposed to a traditional asset purchase.
