The coffee shop is fully equipped with appropriate furniture and equipment, and has been trading for circa two years, during which time it has accrued significant losses.
The turnover is circa £120,000 pa, the cost of sales is circa £35,000 pa, salaries are circa £70,000 pa and rent is circa £35,000 pa.
The rent is 12 months in arrears, and the business has been managed by an associated company who have not been making management charges.
